As for the world cup match, no one has mentioned it & we have not seen anything about it. However, the bars & restaurants do not have tv's in them and we don't speak language :)

As for drinking age, it is 20 yrs old. Per earlier blogs, people just don't break the laws I guess??? You'd think teenagers would go wild but no evidence of that. Also, every street corner has an entire bank of cigarette machines as well!!! Crazy.
