Almost all the country does not practice religion, but may call selves Buddhist 45 % and Shinto 45 %. They have birthdays in shrines/temples & like Christian weddings & Christmas... But almost all for tradition,secular, capitalist reasons.

Our schedule is 6 days on pretty hard scheduled with down time built into the day. Then we get each Monday as a personal day!
