Signature Stamps

In Japan they don't sign contracts. Instead everyone carries around their personal stamp, and they stamp their agreements. Cool.
This agreement was for a parking space we needed to rent for the car our team leader borrows from her parents. No free or open parking AT ALL in our neighborhood!  We didn't even need overnight parking, but nothing is free on the street during the day either??? In their spirit of following the rules the sales agent read every single word of the agreement to us in the contract before she would let us sign it. Very different from USA.
